the location was central to many attractions. i appreciated the room had a kitchenette, made simple meal prep easy. the bed offered a restful sleep..

the elevator service proved slow at times.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. They provided a welcome letter containing helpful information. The location offers premier access to King Street Station. It is a short walk to Union Station.

The sofa bed felt horrific. It came with one tiny pillow. The blinds let light in from an office building. The room never got dark.

Excellent stay in the city center

central location helpful staff clean room useful dryer

The location worked well for my plans. I walked to many attractions. The staff was helpful with directions. My room was very clean and well-kept. I appreciated the dryer in my room. It proved useful after a rain shower.

The automated check-in system caused a minor delay upon my arrival.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes for exercise. A spa on-site offered various treatments, however, I did not try those. The hotel provides parking, convenient downtown.

My room had a separate living area and kitchen. Mineral water bottles were provided daily. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room offered a great view of the city.

underwhelming stay, issues noted

lacking cleanliness loud drilling

the cleanliness was definitely lacking. i found a half-eaten biscuit in a drawer (kind of gross, to be honest). there was also some loud drilling during the day, for hours it went on. it disrupted my relaxation time.
